Momoftheboy:
Hi :
This is my 4th. day with Alli.... I am doing exactly what the plan says, eating healthy, no fat foods, exercising and taking Alli Pills after each meal. However I would like to know the following : 1).- My food is fat-free (I am having the diet-meal plan from Alli), breakfast, lunch and dinner... do I have to take a pill (still) after each meal? I am asking you this b/c I read a message in which she did not take Alli after breakfast b/c it was fat free, can I skip a pill?
Up to this day i have not had any Treatment Effects, my body function ok, not a single "accident" .
Please advice....
Thanks!
For best results with alli it's important to have the recommended amount of calories and fat for your level. Sometime people come into the program eating a breakfast of cereal, skim milk, coffee and juice (no fat) and really want to stay with that type of meal so we say if it has 5 grams of fat - or less - to skip the capsule.
However, that shouldn't be for more than one meal per day. The alli diet contains 30% total daily calories from fat and does not recommend people use only fat-free items. In fact, it's often necessary to use a LF or regular item rather than a FF one to get the fat grams up to where they should be.
I hope this helps. Please let me know if you need anything else.
