    no scale

I do NOT have a food scale. I purchased a package of eye of round steaks. The package had 6 small teaks in it with a package weight of 1.9 lbs. I had the smallest steak and estimated it a 4 oz. According to my nutricion log that one piece of meat blew my diet for the whole week, Did I estamite way off or am I not going to be able to eat red meat at all?

How did you blow your diet for the entire week?

4oz of eye round, according to the nutrition log, only has 5grams of fat...

    Re: no scale

Lean steaks such as an eye round steak is a perfect cut for a healthy meal plan such as the alli meal plan.  The only issue I can think off is the preparation method that was used.   Did you fry the steak in oil?  Or did you use a heavy cream/cheese/butter sauce?  Bake, broil or grill your steaks with herbs and dried seasonings to avoid increasing the calorie and fat count.
