    Trying to Check in

    Help-- I just started last week and I lost a pound-- I know it is not much, but I am happy--I need help because I am not able to "check in" to put in my new weight-- what am I doing wrong?

    Hey CynthiaB816!  I'm in the same boat.  Today(mondays) are my check in day and I can't seem to get it done either!  Very frustrating and a bit disheartening as I was looking forward to it.  Congrats on the pound of weight loss!  Thats great!

    I asked through the "contact us" but haven't received a reply.  Can someone help us out here?

    KatieandBuddysBaby,

    Your situation looks different from the others. Did you just register? Your first check-in will not be until at least a week after your Capsule Start Date you selected during registration. Also, please be sure to read your Step 1 completely. Your check-in will not be activated until you do this.

     YOU MAY ALREADY KNOW THIS, BUT THE WEBSITE WAS HAVING TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES EARLY THIS WEEK.

    I HAD PROBLEMS TOO.  EVERYTHING SEEMS OK NOW.

    I'm still having trouble checking in and accessing my nutrition log.  Is there any way we can get emailed when it is fixed?  It's been about 2 weeks now.

     When you select "check-in" from the left menu, does it allow you to complete your weigh in?

    No.  I get this message:

    So I can't even get to the screen that shows "check-in" as an option.
