i just started taking alli last week and have already been pleasantly surprised.
i was doing a fairly intense diet/workout plan for about a month before i started alli, and was seeing very inconsistent results. i felt stronger, but was not losing any weight and felt completely frustrated with how things were progressing.
since starting alli, i have lost 2 pounds and my weight is no longer fluctuating every morning like it used to (i know you arent supposed to weigh yourself every morning, but i cant help it). i started at 197 and this morning i weighed in at 195. hooray!
