Made my goal of 135 lbs. Since it took so long to lose the last 2-3 lbs I think I'm working on my maintenance part of my life. Working on my running pace, did 4 miles in 42 minutes which is about a 10.5 minute mile. For 53 years old that isn't too bad. 10 years ago when I ran 10k's I did 10 minute miles but I was also 9,000 feet closer to sea level.
I'm figuring if I keep up with my workouts and watch what I eat I should be ok. I've worked chocolate back into my diet. I have priorities.
