Hello!! I started Alli on 4-22-09, so I am only very new and have had great success with it, I keep to the diet all week long and then take what I like to call "me days" where I can eat anything I want, I know that I am not supposed to do this but it's nice to have a McGriddle or a hamburger every once and a while!! Anyway since I started with Alli, I have lost 14LBS!!! and still going, today is 5-31-09, since Alli was my last option of losing weight before my wedding in september I couldn't be more happy with the results so far!! I just wanted to share this with everyone!!
PS Does anyone have tips to get motivated to go and work out?? I am working full-time and go to school full-time, i would love to work out in the spare time I do have but I can't seem to get motivated...any ideas??
