It sounds as though you've hit a plateau - when the body just takes a "time out" to adjust to all the changes - and your weight loss will resume. Keep in mind that the more weight someone has to lose the faster it will go -- at least in the beginning; and then it will taper off. Likewise, the body will slow down weight loss as it gets closer to goal weight. That's a protective mechanism.
I'm not sure where you fall but patience is the best strategy (easier said than done, I realize!). It's important to be vigilant about the Nutrition Log, portion size, activity, etc. etc. during a plateau. It's easy to get frustrated and wander off track, but try to stick with it.
You can also weigh and measure everything you eat and drink for the next week and see if that helps. Often it does. After a while it's easy to get a little "relaxed" about portions, and measuring is the best way to ensure accuracy. In addition, it's a great lesson in learning what portions "look" like, and that's very helpful when eating out. Try it and I think you'll see a weight loss.
I hope this helps. Please let me know if you need anything else.
