    help with mid section fat

     hello, I have a question, how do I get rid of the fat around my mid section? I do 1 hour(4 -4 1/ 2 miles) or at least 30 min

    on the treadmill 2-3 times a week and 1 or 2 days per week do dvd (gillad,core) for 30-60 min and I see my body

    shape changing (slowly) but my front section of the belly is just there,just hanging what can I do?

     I purchased the videos Hip Hop Abs (on ebay of course) and wow! what a difference in my abdominals! I would highly recommend these videos!

     Hi Handresana,

    It sounds like you are really workoing hard in your exercise sessions.  The key to your success is sticking with it.  Often times the last place you see results is the area you want to see it in most.  Eventually you will start to see improvement. Be sure to be engaging in both cardio and strength training work for the best results. 

    Don't get discouraged!  Keep up the hard work and you will get those abs you desire.
