    Ladies, I think I'm going to have to bow out. I'm just so busy right now, that it's hard to find the time to login every day.

    I'm doing well, lost two pounds last week.

    Ooops, guess I didn't quite finish what I wanted to say.

    I hope that all of you do well in your continued efforts to loose weight.

    I will check back occassionally and see how you're all doing.

    Hopefully things will be better for me in October and I'll be able to join back in.

    jayney.. i am sorry that you have to bow out... congrats on the 2 lb loss  keep it up.. log on once in a while and let us know how you are doing..sometimes its hard to check in daily..hope everything goes well for you....i will be looking for you in october...kathy

    Week 1 results

    Hi Guys

    Here are the results so far from week 1 (9/2-9/8) . I will update either tomorrow night or Wednesday morning once everyone has posted for the  rest of the week. Please let me know if I missed anything anyone posted or got any of the numbers wrong. The bold doesn't mean anything. I just thought it would be easier to read this way.

    nutrition 0 points.. went over by 100 cals today (ate a DOUGHNUT) yes it was very good..i worked an extra 100 cals on the eliptical machine today..oh well.. tomorrow is a new day, and i cannot be good every day

     Hi Ladies!  When do you usually start your challenges (Beginning of the month)?  Next one I need to be in one since I have not exercised since April (When I started back for my RN to BSN program and went off Alli).  Since this time I gained 7 lbs.  I lost a total of 40lbs on Alli and now up 7lbs.  I guess working nights, kids activities numerous times in the evenings, and now school I just gave up.  I've done these on-line challenges before and they are WONDERFUL!!!!!! 

     

    Let me know and I'll join in on your next one!

    Wow! You're very busy. The challenges usually start at the beginning of the month, but we announce them at the end of the previous month, so check back here in the last few days of September to find out about and sign up for the October challenge. Good luck starting exercise and alli again.

    cardio 2 points..rode bike to work, and back, 25 mins.stair stepper machine at the gym 20 minis and 20 mins walk/run on the dreadmill
