9/13 - cardio 2 pts = 2 pts (Cannoli day! )
9/14 - Nutrition: 1 pt; cardio 2 pts (ran the brooklyn bridge! ) = 3pts
9/15 - Nutrition 1 pt; cardio 2 pts = 3pts
9/16 - Day of rest: 1 pt; Nutrition: 1 pt; logging in: 1 pt = 3 pts
Back on tract until Friday, when i have decided to start over. I have been in nextphase for about a month and cant get the scale to move, so I plan to restart with renewed determination to reclaim that 10 and 20 pound badge to hit goal.
