Re: WEEK FIVE-WHEN,WHEN,WHEN WILL ALLI KICK IN-NO WEIGHT LOSS

Well then I don't know what I am doing wrong? I take the Alli with almost every meal. I went from not being physically active at all to exercising 6 days a week for 45-90 minutes at a time. I have only lost 3 pounds! I don't think it has anything to do with the Alli at all, but its only cause I am working out. i am a new mom and I have a very limited income. so I don't think its worth buying anymore! (I even want a refund!) I don't think This stuff works at all!!!!!

I can explain more of my story If you'd like. But I know what to do to loose weight as I had lost over 60 pounds on my own and kept it off for over 2 years so far, before I got pregnant, and then due to complications I gained over 50 pounds during my pregnancy. Please help! I am so so so Frustrated. :-(      . . .  Does it just not work on some people?

Re: WEEK FIVE-WHEN,WHEN,WHEN WILL ALLI KICK IN-NO WEIGHT LOSS

I am sorry you are having such a hard time! I see you dont have TOO much weight to lose .... These last 20

have been very hard for me.. I lose 1 stay the same.... blah blah blah.... I understand where your frustration is coming from but

Im also not sure what the answer is. It seems Alli works great for those of us with larger amounts to lose. I have

a feeling these last 20 are going to take me awhile to get rid of. Alli does work, it has worked great for me and many

others....... I think anyone closer to their ideal body weight will have a harder time losing.... But congrats on your

baby and previous weight loss! You did it before and you know you can do it again! Best of luck in whatever you

    decide!

Re: WEEK FIVE-WHEN,WHEN,WHEN WILL ALLI KICK IN-NO WEIGHT LOSS

    Hi NatayahsMommi,

I am sorry that you are not seeing the results that you want. The key to success with this plan is to consume the appropriate number of calories each day and your recommended amount of fat for each meal. Exercise will burn some calories, but you will see more weight loss from your diet. It's much easier to cut out 500 calories per day than to burn it through exercise. I have two posts on the beginning of this board about reaching your recommended amount of calories and fat. Take a look at those and let me know if you have any questions. You are going to have to adjust your calories so let me know what you come up with.

    Hang in there,

    Betty Kovacs, MS, RD
