I work 3-11 p.m. and stay up until 3:00 a.m. many nights. I then get up in the morning around 11:00 a.m. and get ready for work at 1:30 p.m. I work in a prison and either have to eat what they feed the inmates or take my lunch. I seem to do more snacking than eating meals because it's easier to transport and keep at work. I started my diet yesterday. I ate 1155 calories, but only 4.05 grams of fat all day. The meal plans look great, but their not really practical for me at work. I never know if I'm eating breakfast at lunch time or dinner at breakfast time. HELP!
