I have looked and looked and can't find a place to enter a circle of friends.  Do you have to wait to be asked or is it all right just to click on (somewhere??) and join.  I feel so alone out here by myself.  I have been on the message boards posted and have got answers but it seems as if other people know each other.  How can I get aquainted??  Would love to meet you all

Click on the person's "nickname" under their picture (or shadow) and it'll take you to a new screen.  On that screen on the right hand side - click on "add to favorites".  That'll let you add people to your circle :)

 Hi llano1, click on the heading "Elia, Linda, Lizzy (and a few other names) Where Are You".  We are just people who jumped in just like you and started communicating.  You may think some of the message board topics are private, but they are NOT.  They are open to everyone.  What I did when I first started was just click on the topics that seemed interesting and joined in.  We all welcome you and want to support you.  Come join us!

 I too am new at this and i feel so alone and desperate for help staying on track. None of my friends seem to care and I cant talk to them. HELP!!!

I'm more than willing to join anyone's circle of friends if you want.  We are all here to get support and if we are all in this together, we will do better to achieve our goals!

 Dear Z,  Thank you for your support! I have lst 5 lbs. this go round. Ireally need all the help I can get. The only understanding I get is from my daughter in Colorado. As soon as I get a decent picture I will post it. THANKS AGAIN!!!!!!!
