It sounds like you wanted this reward and made a mistake while trying to get it. Is this the reason why you referred to it as "cheap?" You may be able to find a way to get your songs if you post this on the technical issues board.

I had a problem too and "lost" my coupon as a result. I emailed the tech support at the Rhapsody website and they responded back telling me how to correct the issue and they credited my account for the value of the coupon. It was super easy to get help from their tech support and the response was overnight which I also thought was really quick.

I made a mistake too and cancled my coupon code. I didn't only screw it once, I did it twice! Both times I called Rhapsody customer service and explained what I did. Finally I was able to resolve my issue and download my songs. Third time's a charm! Maybe if you try customer service again. Good Luck.
