    Started 2nd week and my weight goes up and down!!!

     What is going on????

    I've been counting every calorie I put in my mouth and every gram of fat, I started to walk every day for 1/2 hour and do 300 abs a day
    and I'm stuck!!!
    I know I shoudn't be weighting myself every day, but I'm used to do it .It's been part of my rutine for more than 15 years. And I see those 2 pounds going up and down!!!!

    Can somebody explain what is going on?

    Hi Mflor66,

    Your weight can vary up to 7 lbs in one day, especially around that time of the month. There are pros and cons to weighing everyday. You may not see your weight drop until a full week has passed so it can be frustrating to see the daily weight stay the same or go up. I recommend that you give it two full weeks to see if you lose weight before making any adjustments to your plan.
