     I am looking for the most authentic, yet alli friendly Arroz Con Pollo recipe. I am really craving chicken and rice. Love the two together.

    I hope that this can help you. When i make my arroz con pollo I use chicken both ( or any broth u like) instead of oil and water along with tomato paste instead of tomato sauce.
