    Hi, I just started 2 days ago and I am kind of confuse on the menu. Do I basically just eat my number of calories and grams of fat that I am supposed and be ok? I am consentrating on healthy foods and I make my own, I don't eat any greesy foods. Can someone please replay and tell me that I am doing the right thing?

     Welcome on board!!  I am really happy to hear that you are already choosing healthier foods and making your own meals.  One great tool you will benefit from is the nutrition logs found at myalliplan.  They will help you keep track of your home made meals and anything you consume.  You will get a daily nutrient analysis every day - you will love this tool!  If you stay within your calories and fat grams for most meals you should be off to a successful start!  Let us know if we can be of any further help to you.
