As for those of us who are afraid to eat the whole bag of chocolate, I keep my chocolate on the top shelf, way in the back. It's harder to reach, so I don't give in that often. I take as much as I will allow myself, put the rest back on that top shelf, and go to the livingroom to eat it. Out of sight, out of mind. I also buy the lindt chocolate with chile pepper. It is oh so yummy, dark, and the spice is just enough, that I am not even able to eat what they suggest is a serving. Plus isnt capsasin in chile peppers good for your metabolism? Not sure, but I know the dark chocolate is full of antioxidents.
