If you absolutely feel you MUST have those cookies (and we ALL have days like this!) try to plan your meals so you can work it in when you take your alli. For example-these calories and fats aren't correct, just an example, 2 slices whole wheat bread, 80 cals, 2 gr fat, 2oz smoked lean turkey breast 150 cal 1 gr fat, three small chocolate chip cookies 150 cals, 6 gr fat....see what I mean? Plan it within your meal so you reach your calorie and fat goals for that meal. That way you can still have your cookies and stay within your plan. Just do it in MODERATION, that is the key! Remember to always eat healthy, add your vegs and fruit in throughout the day too!
