    Ahhh I need help

    I am so tempted to go to my local grocery store and pick up some cookies. You know the kind in the bakery, it's a little bowl with about 25 chocolate chip cookies. I want them so bad. My chocolate craving is not going away. I plan on starting the pill back up tomorrow or thursday. Will it hurt me if I eat some cookies today and then start the pill tomorrow afternoon, will I get any treatment effects?

    Hi Sktwirler,

    Sometimes it's best to give in and have some of what you are craving. Fortunately, alli only works on the meal that you take it with so you can have the cookes without any worries.

    I hope that your cravings are gone after this :o)

     Try the the sugar free Jello puddings very good and only 60 calories. Amanda

    If you absolutely feel you MUST have those cookies (and we ALL have days like this!) try to plan your meals so you can work it in when you take your alli.  For example-these calories and fats aren't correct, just an example, 2 slices whole wheat bread, 80 cals, 2 gr fat, 2oz smoked lean turkey breast 150 cal 1 gr fat, three small chocolate chip cookies 150 cals, 6 gr fat....see what I mean?  Plan it within your meal so you reach your calorie and fat goals for that meal.  That way you can still have your cookies and stay within your plan.  Just do it in MODERATION, that is the key!  Remember to always eat healthy, add your vegs and fruit in throughout the day too!

     Have you tried the skinny cow fudge bars,there very good and low in fat and calories.
