    I was traveling the 2nd and 3rd but took my dvd with me and exercised in my hotel room.  So sorry for the people below me!  haha   Any way, that is why my posting is late.

    For the last 5 or 6 weeks, I felt like I was working 24/7.  This weekend I could finally ease up.  I worked a total of 4 or 5 hours on my office stuff. So this weekend felt like I got a big break from work compared to what I have been doing.

    Kathy -  A 700 pt. nutrition day and no exercise ... for you ... that's just so out of character.   Are you okay?


    Tomorrow it's back to the weekday routine for all of us ... let's try to make it the best day that we can ...a good day for interacting with others (whatever form that takes in each of our lives) good nutrition, exercise and energy ... wishing everyone the best and healthiest week!!

    Sorry ladies, Tom is here and kicking my behind bad this time. No exercise, no appetite -- but I am posting so please just put me in for 1 pt for Sunday and  1 pt for today, Monday.

    posting 1 point....nutrition 1 point   better today.. weigh in 1 point lost 2 lbs this week....  its calle the great divorce diet.. i am having a hard time motivating my workouts and i feel like my guts are in a knot  so i have to make myself eat..i feel like i could puke at any given moment and i am not hungry.. on the up side.. i got off my plateau... i am gonna try and work out yet today... kathy

    Cardio - 2pts - made myself get up and run (sick of the monthly frump..)

    Weights - 1 pt (upper body -arms, obliques, shoulders, upper back and some yoga stretches for my hip)
