For the last 5 or 6 weeks, I felt like I was working 24/7. This weekend I could finally ease up. I worked a total of 4 or 5 hours on my office stuff. So this weekend felt like I got a big break from work compared to what I have been doing.
Kathy - A 700 pt. nutrition day and no exercise ... for you ... that's just so out of character. Are you okay?
Tomorrow it's back to the weekday routine for all of us ... let's try to make it the best day that we can ...a good day for interacting with others (whatever form that takes in each of our lives) good nutrition, exercise and energy ... wishing everyone the best and healthiest week!!
