    Sandy again:

    Just dawned on me that I posted the wrong pt values....

    Mon, Wed & Thurs I did 45 min cardo per day,   so it should be 2 pts per day vs 1

    Today I added in the ab workout portion my dvd.... OMG!

    hey guys busy week haven't had access to a computer........got fitted for my flight suit wed......start the new job monday...

    Kathy - I hope you increase your food intake soon.  Seriously undereating can be as bad for you as overeating!

    All - It looks to me like we're all doing pretty well.  I'll try to tally points this weekend.

    I agree, undereating is not good, it slows your metabolism.  Protein shakes can help if your appetite is down.  Check the labels to make sure of fat content.  Good luck, Tampabayb

    Greetings Everyone! This is my best tally of our points for our first week.  It looks like we're all doing quite well.  Melissa is on a new job in a post Hurricane Ike environment, Kathy is going through an emotionally difficult time, Laura didn't feel well for a large part of the week.  Sandy and I are coping with demanding jobs.  (Sandy, I didn't see posts for you for 10/4 and 10/5 (Sat and Sun)).  Jayney, we're not sure what happened to you; hoping you are okay.

    Wishing everyone a successful next week.  Congratulations to everyone!!
