    Lower dose?

If a person was to take just one alli with the meal highest in fat - would they see any benefit?

    Re: Lower dose?

A dose of alli will block about 25% of the fat consumed with that meal. If it is not done regularly as part of an "all the time" plan, the fat will be blocked, but the weight loss may not be as expected. In trials where people lost 50% more weight than dieting alone, they took 3 alli capsules per day. To get results like this, you need to follow the same plan.

    Best of health!
