    Changing menus to lower calories

     I want to get new menus with fewer calories than my old ones.  I have changed the calorie amounts in my profile but I still get menus with 1800 calories and I want 1600.  How do I get these new menus

    Did you make sure to save these changes in your profile? Also, try logging out and logging back in to myalliplan. This should refresh your menu options.
