Got a question about the Curve's Sauna Belts

I noticed in Avon that Curves is promoting these belts that you can put around your waist, thighs, and calves.  They state they help remove excess water while you exercise.  So are these really good or not?  Just wondering?

I belong to Curves in Concord, NH, and have heard nothing about this.  It doesn't sound like something Curves would promote as they promote exercise.  Hope this helps.

Re: Got a question about the Curve's Sauna Belts

    Hi jskdean76,

As the previous post mentioned, I haven't heard of anything like this either, but let me warn you of these types of marketing tools!  Please DO NOT spend your hard-earned money on something that will not promote long-term weight loss or a healthy life-style.  It is a tactic, and only that.  You do not need a tool to help you lose excess water...with exercise you'll lose the sweat that you need to in order to keep your body cool, etc.

I could go on and on, but just know it is a waste of money. Stick to regular, safe exercise and eating a healthy diet. You don't need a exercise belt!

    Yours in health,

    Kelli

I doubled checked on these and they are by curves.  They are on the avon website.  They are called trimmers which work by sauna action.  I thought they were too good to be true.

    Hi jskdean76,

Yeah, leave them alone.... Water weight loss is just that...water!  It isn't anything permanent and surely isn't going to help your health in any significant way.  Exercising and eating a healthy diet is the only long-term answer for optimal health!

    Stay well,

    Kelli

Wow, I've never heard of their sauna belts, but I do like all their other products by Curves.  I have the wrist weights and shake mixer cups and lunch bags and visor cap.  I like their purple color, lol...........Tampabayb
