I started Alli a week ago today. I've lost 6lbs!!! I'm really excited by that but I know that's the first weeks jumpstart so next week should be more typical. I have had any side effects with the exception of a little gas. Cross my heart. I had a friend scare me straight before I got started and boy what a help that was. I have been really concious of what goes into my mouth because me in a diaper would not be cute :) I found that there are so many foods with little or no fat so that really helps. Read the labels if you don't believe me. Rice, Sandwich bread (I use Nature's Own Light Honey Wheat), Fat free salad dressings, Mayo, deli meats, vegetables and minestrone soup's. Chicken, Steak, etc... I even have desert every single night. I'm not sure where you live but Skinny Cow icecream's rock!!! Don't be afraid just take control back and as my friend said to me " the fat is gone one way or the other, either by you not putting it in your mouth or by you putting it in and running like hell to the bathroom to have it come out". I don't know about you but running ruins my hair :)
