I went to the bathroom today, and the stools were regular, but there was allso this oily _red_ liquid. The fact that its red scared me, does anybody know what this means?

 Thats just Alli doing its job of getting rid of the excess fat that you ate. Depending on what you ate

the fat can be orange,red,brown etc....

 I wonder what makes it this weird color.  Maybe someone can explain this too.

Your diet can impact the color of your stools. Here is an article that gives some possible causes of the various colors http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/stool-color/AN00772. As you will see, there are some medical reasons why you would see red so those would need to be addressed by your doctor if they continue.
