I am still on the plan, this is the middle of my 8th week and doing well. Hope you are hanging in there and sticking with it. Staying focused. Sometimes it takes a lot of determination, and more willpower than you ever thought you had in you. Believe me, I know!
I have cravings soooo badly! I wish my period would get here quick so the cravings would go away, lol. I wanted to indulge in something 'bad', but instead, I took over my cravings and came here to post what I'm feeling. I have such a sweet tooth around that time of the month, it's not funny. I feel bloated. I think I even look bloated. Ugh. I'm breaking out, and it's around my chin and a few on my neck, yuck. I'm thinking of ordering some dermalogica face wash stuff-anyone tried them? Whatever I use does not help. I'm 36 and should have stopped breaking out by now! I'm not sleeping well. I woke up at 3:45 am on Tuesday, didn't get to bed until 10:30pm Tuesday night. I'm so tired, so much so that I can't sleep. I babysit and I tried to nap when she napped. Didn't work. I can't force myself to sleep, just doesn't happen. My husband, on the other hand, he can sleep whenever. He has no problems sleeping. *sigh*
I'm hanging in there. I'll get through this. I came here to post instead of indulging in something bad. I know I've made the right choice. Posting about it really helps. I'm on track.
