    Re: Do veggies have fat?

The informaiton seems incorrect.  Cauliflower - raw or cooked = 0 grams of fat.  Cabbage (all types) raw or cooked = 0 grams of fat.  The information was taken form a professional nutrition data base.  Enjoy your cabbage and cauliflower :)

    Hope this helps,

     Hi Sylvia,

Do sweet potatoes have any fat?  Now that's it fall, I'd like to incorporate the fresh ones instead of the canned ones.  Tampabayb

I have great news - Sweet potatoes have no fat - Yummy!

    Here is their nutritional information:

    • 1 medium, 4 oz (cooked with skin and no added fat) = 103 calories and 0 grams of fat
    • 1/2 cup mashed, no skin = 120 calories and 0 fat

    Enjoy!
