Im so with you on the fear thing I do not want TEs so Im really aware of what Im eating, and Ive noticed that I used to put things in my mouth without thinking, no more of that though.The kids had a fab dessert last night and in the past I would have said yes to some and I'd make up for it later by eating less, cant do that now for fear of TE. Im so excited and actually think this is an eating plan that I can stick with long term.
