Thank you ! Throught most of the weight loss I didnt cheat , I was really motivated to get the weight off! I eat lots of dry cereal,yogurt,cheese sticks,sandwiches,baked chips,fruits and vegees, spanish rice,......... for my workouts I walk when its nice, and use the hip hop abs videos at home.........thats about it!
