     yum....i made sloppy joes yesterday with ground turkey.....tastes just like the real thing!!!!

     Thanks empiregirl!!! I made sloppy joes last night and they were awesome!  Got left overs for work too

    I'm just taking it one day at a time.  It's not a sprint, it's a marathon

    Just a FYI  - ground turkey has just as much fat grams as lean ground beef. A good suggestion is to substitute with Ground Turkey BREAST. It's greaT!

    I will look fine in 2009!

     I know this post is old but if anyone is interested in a "snobby joe" recipe that is vegan (don't be scared, it is DELICOUS) please let me know.  Rather than meat or fake meat lentils are used - It is somewhat easy and I have made it more than once I may have to classify it as SUPER easy.
