100 pounds is ALOT and I started my journey 14 months ago. Been on alli about 11 months but I was on a low fat--low calorie diet a few months before that obviously. Well, I'm down about 80 pounds. I still have I'd say a minimum of about 55 or so to go. Don't have a goal weight--will know when I get there. Time goes by so dang fast as we all know. It sure doesn't seem like 14 months ago that I started this and the changes are remarkable in a short year. I know in another year I hopefully will be where I want to be. My suggestion is take it one day at a time and don't think about the time. Actually I have faced the fact that I can never eat like I used to period. If I do I'll gain it all back and this time is it. Its getting too dang hard getting it off. You all can do it!!!
