you have to plan so that you are not tempted! take home made lunches to work, but you can have pizza occasionaly.I have one slice of veggie pizza once a week with a huge salad,not as nice as eating a whole pizza but at least i can still enjoy the social occasion and know that the scales wont make me cry when i step on them.
