before dieting i would have mcdonalds at least twice a week....and i mean like 2 double cheeseburgers and fries......i ate like crazy....family size digiorno pizzas for one meal

i eat lean cuisines, smart ones, sloppy joes, the steamed veggies in the bag (yumm) i bring lunch meat sandwich to work which for 6 slices of meat is only 50 cals and 1g fat, fat free hot dogs,
without alli i would not be able to stay away from mcdonalds or burger king
