    I am still having problems with my back.  At least I have returned to work.  Still though, it is very discouraging.  It took me so long to feel good (versus feeling like I am dying) while exercising... this is such a set back. 

    Hope to be posting again soon.

    mon way bad day in dallas way tooo much food they feed us and slim dieting choices did fair but way bad.....0 points

    tuesday very busy and nutrition good 1pt but nothing else

    wed 3pts cardio 1,nutrition 1 and weigh in 1 gained a lb,......
