    day off from cardio 1 point

    nutrition 0-- had too many crackers and birthday cake at my grandsons birthday party...they didnt have food or vegies... just cheese, crackers spinach dip,cake and basically not much i could eat without going over my fat and calorie allowance.. but i did eat good the rest of the day..so i am over it..an extra hundred cals and no cardio... gotta go to the gym now and try and burn it off....

     Hi All!~

    I cant seem to get onto the site anymore and when I do its shortlived and my posts dont hit.  I am on track with this schedule but due to not being able to log in I cant even tell you when the last time a post hit or where i am in the log in scheme of things.

    Hope all is well with you all - i am sneaking in at work and maybe, just maybe, in the next day or so i can catch up. If not i have been on track, still doing the jogging (no new sneakers yet but its a MUST for this coming weekend) my weight is staying the same and i am very happy with that as i know i am building muscle, and i hope you all are fine.

    sun nov 16 was my 1st 24 hour shift ......4pt cardio 45 min nutrition 1 pt post 1pt and HR 1pt

    doing great today .....made it thru the 1st 24 hours did well and today high energy cleaned house swept and mopped and went to the gym cardio great yeah.....

    cardio/weights.. i am gonna give myself 3 points for a  water aroebics class that had lots of resistance in there.. at least 30mins worth..plenty of jumping ,arms, with water weights..60 mins..

    Today Tuesday, Nov 18, is day 15 of the 23 day challenge!  Everyone is certainly making an effort and making progress.  Kathy is not only very active but also making great progress on her weight loss.  Congratulations Kathy!!  I'm maintaining and making slow progress in my weight loss.  While some complain about slow weight loss, I will not.  Slow progress is progress and can be very healthy progress.  I think everyone else is also succeeding at least at the same level that I am or more.

    I think most of us are now posting on Dee's "challenge" thread here on Healthy Lifestyles and that just encourages checking in and doesn't involve any points.  Here's wishing everyone a happy and successful final week of the challenge!  Onward, Ladies, onward toward greater health, lower BMIs and greater enthusiasm for life!!  Enjoy!!
