Most of the technical issues have been resolved. As far as your emails, when you come into the site, please be sure that you are signed in to your myalliplan. In the upper right-hand of the error page there is a link to "sign in". Select this, enter your username and password, and you should be able to continue with your check-in.
You can also go to myalli.com, sign in from there, and then go to "myalliplan" from the link on the top of the myalli.com home page.
