I used mine with almonds in the middle, tomatoes cut up, celery and/or cucumber and a 100 calories pack for my 3pm snack at work. It is so perfect because I can just slide it in my desk and have it ready for my afternoon snack. I just love it. Also, I took it on a car trip filled with veggies and it was perfect. I am going to try and get some good tasting yogurt for dip or hummus but I haven't tried that yet.
