    curious about results

I watch what I eat, I don't get the chance to eat every 4 hours because i am a full time student; I eat b-fast between 6 & 7a.m. Lunch again by 11:30 a.m., and dinner between 5:30 and 6:30 p.m. My concern is, I am not having treatment effects(which is good), but when I go to the latrein, I see very little oil. Should I be concern about this? Also, I am eating food that contain a certain amount of fats.

    Re: curious about results

Not everyone sees an oily discharge when they go to the bathroom and have a bowel movement.  Those who do, generally find it disappears as the body gets better at incorporating the undigested fat into the feces and excreting it.

It's important that you eat the recommended amount of calories and fat for your level to have the best results.  Try to bring some portable snacks with you like fruit, veggies (carrots, cherry tomatoes, etc.), pretzels, etc. so you can have at least one snack per day.

I hope this helps.  Please let me know if you need anything else.
