In three months I have gone from an unhealthy 180 pounds and an overweight BMI to a 'normal' BMI and 162 pounds. I still have 22 more pounds to go before I reach my goal weight, and it will still be a 'normal' BMI at that point too. I am so excited to have come this far and will continue on my journey until I reach my goal weight. I have said it many times in my posts, this is the longest I have stayed with a 'diet' plan and seen great results. I might not see weight loss every week, but the weeks I don't lose, I stay the same. As long as I am not GAINING weight, this is working for me and that keeps me motivated. I know others are finding great success with this plan as well, and for those of you who aren't, please keep trying. Counting calories and fat grams is what really helps to keep me on track as well. Some days are better than others and there have been slip ups. I just get back on the wagon and go from there.
18 pounds. Doesn't seem like a lot when I say it, but when you don't see it on your body, it really is a lot!
