Thank you for your inpirational message. It really set me on track. This is it. 2009 is my year. The year to start putting myself first so I will be better able to help others and once and for all be happy and healthy.
I am going to start off slow with small goals. Right now I weigh 180 and I would like my first goal to be 170.
Tomorrow I start exercising.. okay.. so I have started many times.. this time I need to promise myself to make it stick.
I am so afraid of the "treatment effects" but it sounds like if I stay at the fat grams recommended I will be fine.
I would love to check in with everyone on Fridays and compare our weights and how the week went. It seems like we all share the same thoughts.
