Hey Guys! Sorry I haven't posted in a while... my mom is coming down to visit, and I have been doing the things I should have done months ago (I imagine you all have been there at some point) :D
So, the scrambling is almost finished!
I weighed myself yesterday, and I weigh 190 now. So that is a 5 pound loss from when I started recording with Alli on the 6th. Feels pretty darn good! The thing I liked the most was how the goo from around my middle seemed to shrink. I've been trying really hard to stick to my daily calories and fat allowed, but sometimes at night I get really munchy. I was really proud of myself because last night I didn't eat anything after supper. I really, really, Really wanted a chocolate bar, but I did not eat one!
As for exercising, I've been out doing something Mon-Fri. Sticking with my jogging and walking. It was cold today though! Its going to be chilly for the next couple days, so that with the wind makes it harder to get excited about going outside. Its nice being in warmer climate though... I can remember winters where it was -40. Now that is hard to get excited about. One thing I used to do when I was not feeling like going out in the cold was make off an hour. I'd take that hour and get on the treadmill, or pop in an exercise video. Its not as nice as getting inside, but it always feels so good after you are done!
