Welcome to alli. It's a great Program and I'm sure you'll do well.
One tablespoon of flaxseed oil contains about 120 calories, and 13 grams of fat. I'd suggest you also use things like nuts and seeds in your salads or cereals; LF or regular salad dressing instead of FF; olives and avocado are some other "healthy" ways to increase your fat content.
Fat is an important component of success with the alli program. There's a great post at the top of this message board with more on why fat is so important. Take a look when you get a chance.
