There are many people who need to follow a gluten free diet, and they've done really well with the alli Program. I'm sure you'll hear from some of those people with some suggestions. You might also include the gluten-free info in your "alli circles" so that others can contact you that way too.
When you check in each week, you have the option of selecting alli Menus. They plan the meals and snacks for your calorie and fat level. At that point you can "de-select" items like beef, poultry, etc. but there is not way to choose "wheat-free items." What you can do it to substitute the items you usually use instead of wheat products.
The other option you can try is to plan your own menus, using the wheat-free foods that work best for you in the amounts that stay within your calories and fat guidelines.
