Costco currently has a 2-for-1 deal.  Buy one 150 dose starter kit and get one free.  I paid $67.99 plus tax for this 100 day supply.  If you already have a membership, I'd say get it there; it comes in a specially marked pack, so don't get it confused with the regular 150 dose kit which is also $67.99 plus tax, but is not on sale.  Ask the pharmacists for help; the ad is in Costco Connections magazine for January 2009.

I'm not sure it's available any more, but last week I saw an offer on Amazon.com for two 90 dose starter kits for $47.40 with no tax and free shipping.
