hi. all january starters. happy new year.. my name is vanessa. live in michigan its cold and it snowing so im not exercising out side. it will be the stationary bike for me. well i am starting alli by the end of the week although i already started the healthy eating thing...oh well positive attitudes right thats what i need. well so far so good i have 2 days of healthy eating and posting on my online log i love that thing.  my goal to get healthy and fit into my pants better for crying out loud... :) after reading over the plan i think i can handle it ithe only problem is i hope i dont have any nasty side effects.. well i will talk to you all later..
