    Who is Reading to Kick Some Butt on Monday, January 5?

     This is it - I've been using the start date of Monday, January 5, as an excuse to eat anything I wanted before then.  In doing so, I gained back 10 of the 50 pounds I lost on alli.  Today I am going to get out all the little booklets that came with the starter kit and read them all.  On Monday I am going to kick it into gear and start shedding those nasty pounds.  Who is with me?

     Oh boy, I meant to say "Ready", not "Reading", must have had reading all those alli books on my mind.

     Judy;

    Did you find the website for the community challenge that starts on Monday the 5th?  iVillage sponsors it and it is free!  I went there earlier today and saw that Kathi Smith and Jillian Michaels are just 2 of the personal trainers with videos that are on the website. 

    Good luck and lets use the next 6 weeks to kick this into high gear!

    Reading, ready, whatever, I am with you, Judy. 

    I haven't been taking pills since I was on vacation, but now that I've been back a few days and telling myself that I would start up again on Monday, I need to rev up again.  That's why I am here, now, lol.

    GW=150/sz 10=7 more pounds!!!

    Last year I did basic dieting and exercise...and lost a little bit of weight.  This year I am educated, in practice, and know what I need to do.   And it's time to kick it up and get it done!

     Judy,

    I am definately ready to kick some butt on Monday, January 5th!!!!!!!!!!   That is my official start over date.  I have lost weight on the Alli program and know it works.  I unfortuneatly, lost momentum last spring and slowed down.  This past fall/winter I stopped completely and gained back 15 of the 25 lbs I lost.  All because of excuses and I stopped writing everything down and coming to the message boards for the support. 

    This is a new year and I am going to do it!!!   Let's all do it together!!

     Oh boy, I love the encouragement and motivation here.  I am about to go to the store and get the stuff to make Weight Watchers soup.  Yesterday I started journaling again and I must say that really helped me stay on track all day, and the scale showed it too, with a 1/2 pound lost.  I love Weight Watchers soup, (I think the recipe is posted on the recipe board on this site), and can eat it for three nights in a row, (then that's it for a few weeks).  Tomorrow it's official, (Monday, January 5), but I'm happy that I'm in the right frame of mind right now.  I've got a plenty big butt to kick and I'm going to kick it!
