You can use Smart Ones and other healthy frozen dinners keeping in mind the sodium content (many of them are reduced or low sodium).

It is suggested to stay near a bathroom the first few days you start taking alli, until you become accustomed to the digestive changes.  It is only a precaution, since most people do not experience treatment effects.  Less of a problem when you are preparing your own meals because you now exactly what you are eating and have better control over fat grams.

    Hope this helps.

Re: Can we use smart ones and healthy choice frozen dinners

Hello and welcome.   I am a newbie too.  I've been on it for 12 days now and I have not had any treatment effects at all.  I watch what I eat very closely.  I work from 8-5 weekdays and if I were to have treatment effects I would be the laughing talk of the office. LOL  Those girls are brutal!  So, I would have to say no, it's not that bad at all.  My friend had bad treatment effects.  However, she also ate constantly throughout the day.  The pill works on anything eaten 1 hour prior to the time you take it AND 1 hour after.  So there is that 2 hour range to watch out for.  I believe her meals were okay but she neglected to include the half of a candy bar or bag of chips that she ate an hour before taking the pill.  So she did have bad effects.  But so far so good for me.
