We have many people who are following the alli menus and have allergies to whole wheat, gluten, etc. Feel free to read their post by doing a search in this message board. You can do a couple of things:
- You can create your own menus; just make sure you track your food intake with the nutrition logs so you can get your nutrient analysis and make sure you are reaching your fiber intake.
- You can find products that are whole wheat free but have other whole grains such as oats, barley, rice, corn, etc. They contain pretty much the same nutrients (fiber, B vitamins, iron, folic acid, etc.) as whole wheat. Hopefully you are not allergic to these whole grains.
- You can used "enriched grains", which have the same nutrients as whole grains but do not used wheat or whole grains. Hope this helps,
