Welcome to alli! I think you'll find it a lot easier to deal with than Xenical, and the tools alli provides are excellent -- like this message board!
The alli label is quite specific that Xencial should only be taken under the supervision of a doctor. So I recommend you contact the healthcare provider who wrote the Xenical script and ask them.
If approved, yes, you can use the alli meal plan. Both alli and Xenical use a diet that is 30% total daily calories from fat.
The vitamin at bedtime is important because it the time that's least likely to interfere with the alli capsules (alli blocks a small amount of fat soluble vitamins). If you're going to bed much past three hours after dinner or your last snack you can have a graham cracker or two with the vitamin if you're concerned about your stomach. Otherwise you should be fine.
