i want to use the meal plan with xenical . is this ok?

also having problems with taking vitamins - when you say at night before bedtime - is that without eating anything - just with water. i have a sensitive stomach.

    Re: alli and xenical

Welcome to alli!  I think you'll find it a lot easier to deal with than Xenical, and the tools alli provides are excellent -- like this message board!

The alli label is quite specific that Xencial should only be taken under the supervision of a doctor.  So I recommend you contact the healthcare provider who wrote the Xenical script and ask them.

If approved, yes, you can use the alli meal plan.  Both alli and Xenical use a diet that is 30% total daily calories from fat.

The vitamin at bedtime is important because it the time that's least likely to interfere with the alli capsules (alli blocks a small amount of fat soluble vitamins).  If you're going to bed much past three hours after dinner or your last snack you can have a graham cracker or two with the vitamin if you're concerned about your stomach.  Otherwise you should be fine.

Please let me know if you need anything else.
